    Good evening,
Laguna 3, 2.0 dci, 150 HP, 2013 - the fuel pump harness plug has 1 of 4 pins burned, which is probably the reason the pump is not working.
The car turns but does not start - no computer errors.
I would like to exclude the failure of the pump itself by connecting it directly to the battery power.
I am looking for a wiring diagram or a hint how to do it - the connector is 4-pin (bundle number RENAULT 8201348602)
and the pump itself (RENAULT number 172026517R)

Due to the approaching Easter - quite urgent request ;)

I found the photo below on the web

and this original reanault bundle priced by the company website at over PLN 300

Thicker cables are pump, 1-mass, 2-plus.

I apologize in advance for being naive but I am a layman
    1. that is, how do I connect the battery to the No. 2 pin and ground to the No. 1 pin, should I hear the pump working?
    2. Do I need to connect the remaining pins to start the pump?
    3. Will connecting the battery itself start the pump or do I have to turn it off with the starter?
    4. Does burning the plug pin result in burning the fuse and if so where to look for it?

this is what it looks like in the original

Hello, yesterday I discovered a similar problem at home, but I was able to fix it in an ad hoc situation, I was poking around the fuses, etc. but it was not necessary that the just burnt out contact did not conduct voltage ... about a new cube.
The relay is located in the engine compartment in the box behind the air filter.
but I think first check if you have current on the ankle as I did it with the meter pulled minus with a thin cable and to pin 2 that is next to burnt I gave plus then, it lit up and everything was clear but I cluttered when turning the engine because then the pump should work. if so it will clean the contacts and it should be ok

The car went to an electrician - it was enough to replace the pin in the ankle and preventively replace it
    new occasionally acquired pump.
All the fun cost me 350 PLN (150 pump + PLN 200 labor)
For comparison, the estimated repair costs at Renault:
    - pump PLN 1,400
    - bundle with a cube PLN 350
    - labor PLN 350
    ----------------------
    Together 2100

Thank you very much for all your help.

How to open the second lid above the pump itself?

Nooo, the point is that under the main flap, after opening, there is a second flap through which the cable goes somewhere lower - probably to the right pump

The entire pump basket is removed from the reservoir and split open

    We don't understand each other
I only need to get to the plug on the pump without removing it. Above this plug I have two black lids. The first one comes down with two latches. A second lid with a cable gland appears underneath it. The second lid rests on the metal floor on the gasket. I can't take it off and I mean it. Only beneath it I will find the pump nut and the plug

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting a fuel pump issue in a 2013 Renault Laguna 3, 2.0 dci, 150 HP. The user identified a burned pin in the fuel pump harness plug, suspecting it as the cause for the pump's failure to operate. They sought guidance on directly connecting the pump to a battery to test its functionality, requesting a wiring diagram for the 4-pin connector (RENAULT 8201348602) and the pump (RENAULT number 172026517R). Responses included advice on connecting the battery to specific pins, checking for current, and the location of the relay. Ultimately, the user resolved the issue by replacing the burned pin and the pump, incurring a total cost of 350 PLN, significantly less than the estimated repair costs from Renault.
