    Hello.

For some time, the "System interrupts" process has been consuming around 20-25% of the CPU all the time. I did a Malwarebytes scan - found something, removed, restarted, scanned again and restarted the laptop. It did nothing, system interrupts are still eating up the processor. Nothing I would like to turn on in the autostart - I checked in CCleaner and Autoruns. I attach a scan with OTL and laptop information from Everest. The system is original Windows 10. I am asking for help.

    best regards

EDIT: I add a picture which shows that the CPU is 100% used when idle.

And the web is full of info
    http://bfy.tw/FEfR
For example, how to suck a program here and check the latency:
    http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/fix-high-cpu-usage-caused-system-interrupts/
you have to turn off the components, because the problem may be physical damage.
    Turn off in turn:
    wi-fi
    lan
    audio
    others as they are.
From the device manager, select "disable" on the controller.
Place the CPU-Z tab. Update the BIOS.
After installing what driver did it start?

The system is on SSD so I quickly restored it to factory settings On a fresh bet it is the same.

The driver for the integrated graphics card was previously installed, but in the end it was not possible to install it.

I turned off the camera, bluetooth, graphics card, network cards, audio, fingerprint reader - nothing changed. I don't know which things I can turn off yet, I attach a list and screenshots.

EDIT: Before refreshing the system, the sound disappeared for some time for unknown reasons. A long time later after scanning Malwarebytes I got a bluescreen ...
EDIT2: Every device that had the option to turn off including system devices was turned off for some time. CPU consumption from system interrupts was 18-25% all the time.

I don't see anything worrying about SMART, but you can still diagnostically disconnect the disc disk.

Bios flashing, the problem is still the same. Does your friend have any other ideas?

    Btw thanks for your interest.

EDIT: I disconnected the HDD already, I had to restart my laptop. After turning on the laptop, the plate was switched off without change.

Do you have a dump from this BSOD? If so, please view it from BluescreenView.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

I still have the same idea that something is wrong with the equipment.
Try to work on 1 RAM chip.
Do I only have internet? ; D Here:

the old power supply was to blame.
Battery powered is the same problem?

Disabling "Magic Packet" for an Ethernet card does something work?

Unfortunately, I don't have a dump. On battery power it is the same. Disabling "Magic Packet" did nothing. Now the slingshot consumption ranges from 11 to 27%. I keep searching.

After installing all available drivers (bluetooth, graphics, hotkeye, touchpad, wlan, chipset, bios, card reader, line reader) without changes. Once again I turned off some devices (as in the attached screenshots) and checked the CPU consumption - also without changes ...

EDIT: Babol found - after removing the HDD tray in place of the DVD, the AK184B has no system interrupts. Putting in the other pocket the same interrupt problems are gone. I also came across club art. Problem found.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around persistent high CPU usage (20-25%) attributed to the "System interrupts" process on an ASUS P2540UA running Windows 10. The user has attempted various troubleshooting steps, including malware scans, disabling hardware components (Wi-Fi, LAN, audio, etc.), and restoring the system to factory settings, but the issue persists. Suggestions from other users include updating the BIOS, checking SMART disk health, and testing RAM configurations. The user discovered that removing the HDD tray resolved the high CPU usage, indicating a potential hardware issue related to the HDD or its connections.
