The cable was damaged and it was manifested by the lack of connection with the engine controller of the Ford brand, supported by the J1850 PWM protocol. The path inside the laminate, from pin 2 B + to the overvoltage protection diodes, has been burnt. The arrow shows where the damage is inside the laminate. The repair consists in repairing the connection, I made such a connection with one wire from a thin wire in insulation. It works as it should now, the cable number 8PZ 010 603-161 costs just over PLN 1,200, so it was worth it.

I will ask out of curiosity if these veins were already so "soldered" or is it your work? :)

My cable had one more fault, it also did not connect to the BMW E46, including the engine control unit and ABS. Until there was a car where I could check it, I was not sure of the effectiveness of the repair. So it works with Fords and BMWs now.

I wanted to ask if my colleague can have a set of wires, because my colleague is just repairing this cable and I cannot locate all the wires in the db26 plug, because someone poured hot glue on it. I mean the pin:
db26 pin 6 plug -> it seems to be a green wire
db26 pin 21 plug -> here it seems orange
    db26 plug pins 1, 9, 10, 19, 26 are connected together with black, gray, white-brown, white-gray, white-black.
