Connecting Digital Doorphone: DALRAL Smart D - Cyfral Model - Common Issues & Solutions

How do I connect and configure a Cyfral Smart-D digital doorphone so the handset works without silence or squealing?

Connect the two wires with constant voltage to L+ and L- with the correct polarity, then set the jumpers to match the apartment number and system type. For this case, ZW1 should be in the left position and ZW3 and ZW5 should be removed [#16451749] The wiring mentioned in the thread was the paired white/blue conductors as minus and white/brown as plus, connected to L- and L+ respectively [#16451245] If there is squealing, the manual says to use the Cyfral/others balance adjustment [#16451245] After changing ZW1, ZW3 and ZW5, the original poster confirmed that it worked [#16451851]

There is only one option to connect the cables. One of them (twisted white and blue) is a minus one and the other (white and brown) is a plus. You give respectively a plus on the L + terminal and minus on the L- terminal. I do not know, therefore, what a lot of your other ways were.
Jumpers determine the number of the flat, or more precisely their sum (14). In other words, it has to be like the previous one.
Regarding the squeaks, this instruction manual and assembly explains what to do. There is a reason for the "Balance Cyfral" and "Balance others" regulations.

I suppose that the red cable from the installation is supposed to be a plus and the blue one in minus. You have the opposite.
There are other jumpers besides the apartment number, which should be set as described.

Of course, the apartment number is set correctly. Other jumpers as described. You have described there how to set them. For example, you should move ZW1 to the right, because it is left for Cyfral and right for others. Similarly, you have to deal with the remaining jumper. In the end, there are not too many of them to not cope. I assume there is some tension on these cables.

I warmly welcome. I searched the electrode forum in search of the answer to the question: how to connect a 4-wire cable from the Laskomex D-2502 control unit to the Cyfral Smart-D doorphone? I set the jumpers according to the advice of colleagues from other posts, and my apartment number is 36. Cable colors: red, white, blue, black. You need to find 2 wires on which there is constant voltage. Then connect them according to the marking to the terminals. In addition to setting the apartment number, you need to set the remaining jumpers (ZW) as described.

The voltage is on a white and red cable, and the L + I L- socket is connected to it. Should I connect white and red and connect to L +, black to L-?

Plus to L + and minus to L-. To check the operation of the uniphone, it is necessary to call it from the cassette.
