Unfortunately, these are completely different systems. Old digital, two-wire. New analog, multi-wire.

    One more question.

    I purchased a Laskomex LY-8.

Picture below. It seems to me that I connected the same and it does not work. Can I ask for advice? Photo from the first post is an intercom setup at the neighbors (apartment number 1). My apartment is No. 3.

Is there a difference / dependency?

After all, in this new uniphone you currently have (in the photo) set the apartment number 193. So it cannot work.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

After all, in this new uniphone you currently have (in the photo) set the apartment number 193 (128 + 64 + 1). So it can't work.
Take off jumpers 128 and 64. Put one of them on position 2. Remember that the sum of jumpers gives the apartment number. So 1 + 2 = 3.

Okay. Changed to 3 with no changes. I just don't know how to figure it out, since the neighbor who has apartment number 1 has 193 on jumpers.

When the jumpers are set correctly, should everything work after calling the number in the intercom?

    Do you have line voltage?
    Try jumper: 1, 2, 64 and 128.

    best regards

The photo shows that the neighbor's jumper 64 is probably not on two pins (or it just seems to me).

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a Cyfral Smart 5p uniphone to replace a Laskomex LM-8 intercom system. Users highlight that the two systems operate on different technologies: the Laskomex is a digital, two-wire system, while the Cyfral is an analog, multi-wire system. The original poster encounters issues with the new installation, particularly with jumper settings for apartment numbers. It is suggested that the jumpers must be configured correctly to match the apartment number, and that the line voltage should be checked. Additionally, it is noted that the apartment number does not necessarily have to correspond with the uniphone number, as there can be limitations in jumper combinations.
