    Hello
I bought a mana L2000 8.140 a few days ago and yesterday the edc light came on while driving, and as if the car lost a little power (I was going empty so it's hard to tell), after turning off the car and restarting it was ok today I was driving and it turned on again while driving. I was looking on the internet for information on how to read error codes but I did not find exact information, I only know that you need to connect a light bulb somewhere ...
PS. from the moment the EDC lights up, I noticed that when firing even a hot car, the engine heating indicator blinks (this spiral) and stops flashing only after a few seconds after starting the car, I don't know if it has anything to do with it ...?

    best regards

Since you have recently had the car, you must have changed the oil and filters? This man is on the rotary injection pump.

Here is a diagram where to connect a light bulb to read flash codes. Cubes X201 and X210 are next to the diagnostic socket in the fuse box.

I haven't had time to read the code ... but a new symptom has appeared
when firing for the first time, the EDC lights up, the engine runs unevenly (gently) and has a maximum of 1700 rpm.
after extinguishing and restarting it, everything is fine ...

Since the EDC lights up, there will be an error in the controller. Read this error or errors and think about what to do about it later.

As long as there is a control injector. Not all motors on the VP44 pump have it.

So you have to check it out.

I read errors ... Only in a strange way the bulb shines in the opposite way than it should, ie when it should not shine, it shines ... and according to Flash codes come out 5 long and 8 short. No other error after it appears ... I will try to add a video, maybe you can decode something more ..

Code 58 indicates a fuel pump driver error. If the wires are okay, then the pump to the repairman on the table.

Do computer diagnostics or, as the colleagues above, write flash codes, then we can help

The user reports intermittent EDC light activation while driving, accompanied by a temporary loss of power and engine irregularities. Responses suggest checking the rotary injection pump, reading error codes via a diagnostic light bulb connection, and examining the control injection resistance. A specific error code (58) indicating a fuel pump driver issue is mentioned, prompting further investigation into wiring and potential repairs.
