Alcatel One Touch P320X Tablet Won't Power On: Tried SP Flash Tool & New Firmware

Hello, I have an alcatel one touch p320x tablet, it just does not turn on, after connecting the charger the same (even the charging diode does not light up) maybe the battery was completely discharged .. come the day before yesterday the tablet worked ok .. it was on the shelf, nowhere I did not fall or hit .. just by itself no reaction and black screen. I tried to enter the service mode (pressing power + vol +), nothing happens.

I connected the tablet to the laptop and, surprisingly, it detects a driver like in the screenshot below, I added an attachment to the post, but the files from the memory can not be seen.



I downloaded a flash program SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1628_Wini and a rom for the P320X__POP8__4.2.2__ALPS.JB5.TABLET.MP.V1 tablet to try to upload the firmware to a new one, when I started the flash, something was loading on the bar at the bottom in red to 100% but after a while something like this pops up (I added a screen to the attachment)

Anyone have any idea ?? : /

Looks like a damaged memory. Go to the format tab and try to format it. If you manage to format, then try to upload new firmware.

After connecting the tablet to the pc there is a sound that Windows grabbed the device and after a while it kind of disconnected and so on and on, do you have any idea what else I can do?

If I remove the housing and take out the batteries and connect the charging, the tablet will turn on (theoretically or without the battery and on charging should it turn on?

Disassemble and check battery voltage.

I took the case off yesterday and took out the batteries, connected it to the power supply and nothing could turn on. In this flash program I did a test and it shows that the ram memory is ok and the nand flash memory is not found.

I think the game is not worth the candle and you need to buy another tablet ..

Do you have any idea what I can do to try to run it, it may be a risky method because much can not be done ...

All you can do is search for a donor. You can look for the same tablet with a damaged touch or display and change the disc.
