Hello, I have windows 10 pro with current creators update. A certain process is bothering me, it's called "system interrupts", it draws some CPU power, 1-2%, kind of tiny, but always something. Anyone know what this process is and how to disable it?

It is a system process and does nothing wrong with your computer. If it only uses 1-2% then there is nothing to worry about. For your own peace of mind, you can monitor this process for a long time.
You can also defragment the disk using system tools (type "defragmentation" in the search).

I did defragmentation a few days ago

Then it's all right then. You can provide the specification of the computer.
On other forums I haven't found a particularly satisfactory answer, so if you don't mind this process, you can "sleep well".
Preventively scan your computer with your anti-virus (preferably Windows Deffender) and MalwareBytes.

I73770, 16gb ram 1333mhz and gtx 750 ti. Rather, everything is ok, I scanned the eset with a nod from 3 days ago and the system is clean, apparently this is how it should be with this process, I ask because I have been using win 7 so far and practically no system process running in the background consumed the processor.

I honestly admit that some such system processes are quite random. As long as it doesn't take 10% or more, I wouldn't worry about it. Windows 10 does a lot in the background. In addition, I noticed that its optimal operation manifests itself only after a dozen or so runs from the introduced changes, e.g. updates.

I will tell you, my friend, that I have heard many negative opinions about 10, but for me it is a worthy successor to 7, it is definitely faster because of the simpler and angular interface, and even though some background processes put a strain on the processor, the performance is still high. Thanks for the info on this process so wgl :)
