i5 4690K High CPU Usage (50-100%) in Windows 10: Task Manager On-Off, Windows Driver Foundation

Hey.
I have i5 4690K, I have windows 10 recently, and the problem I am going to discuss appeared today.
Well, when I don't have the task manager turned on, the CPU usage in HWiNFO is about 50% on the first two cores and jumps to 80, and on the 3rd and 4th core almost 100%.

When I start the task manager, all use suddenly goes to normal, i.e. about 10% in the browser.
After opening the manager for a second you can see the Windows Driver Foundation ... framework something with 50% cpu consumption and immediately disappears. At first I thought it was through windows search but it didn't help.

Someone wrote that windows updates drivers for something and to wait, so I'm waiting and writing by the way here ... so far 100% and 60 degrees on the desktop (80 normally in games because I have a BOX for now)

Check with Process Explorer.

Windows Driver Foundation 70% + usage. I forced closing and usage dropped for a while but after a while the process returned

I was updating windows, some recovery crashed, but it probably got installed, because the update disappeared from the list. Still the same. This is some weird use and it doesn't look like any virus to me, when I have a processor load of 80% by this process and I turn on some game for example, the use of each core goes 100% and does not drop, but the temperature does not exceed 70 degrees, and in stress under OCCT exceeded 85 degrees. Strange, so far for sure I play in the manager turned on
