    Hello.
I'm on vacation and I can have a problem back ..

I've looked at fuse diagrams and I can not find where the fuse is behind china.
"F31 Front windshield wiper motor 30A" - I check the steering wheel and the battery.

Of course, I'm deluding myself that there is a problem here but I have to start somewhere.

F 31 is an old model, with you F19. Is from wipers.

And these non-working wipers you checked with the hood open or closed? I do not know if in this model but in younger vw there are micro contacts in the lock so that the wipers do not hit the mask.

    Under the hood.
What you gave is for the Highline version.
For the Lowline version, this is fuse F19.
In both cases, this year is 30A or a green fuse.
Look in the middle of the box.
Maybe the driver sees the mask open and therefore does not turn on the wipers - there is a micro-tag next to the lock if the mask is open or closed and the driver will not allow the wipers to work when he sees the mask open.

Even if he sees an open mask, he will not start the wipers when the car is parked, they will work while driving.

Uff thanks Gentlemen - the perpetrator is F19.
    It works!!

By the way, playing with a child with wipers can also end up for someone else :)

    Thanks again.
