Hello. Sometimes the battery light comes on, but I checked with the meter several times that when the light came on, the charging is correct around 2.30 pm. I replaced the voltage regulator half a year ago (replacement instead of Bosch) ... maybe the regulator's fault ... I installed the second battery. What else to check?

Does the excitation cable not short-circuit to ground, if not, the alternator itself burns
    How were the slip rings?

Blue counter 2000r .. Half a year ago, when I replaced the regulator, I had doubts because the brushes in the old regulator were still quite long. The ring was worn but probably still normal. I already have a second alternator, but it is still holding back.

Blue thin cable from the alternator to the meter. Likes to rot near the starter. The end is behind the fuse box. There it also connects to the auxiliary heater beam. A damaged additional heater controller can also mess up :)
