    Hello!
When turning on the computer, the fan turns off for a moment and stops when Windows starts. Then (already with Windows turned on) it does not spin at all, regardless of the temperature. Interestingly on Linux it works normally (at least it does not spin). MSI Afterburner
I set this fan somehow and it works - the fan is spinning, but I would treat it as a temporary solution. Immediately after turning off MSI Afterburner, the fan stops spinning. How can I make this fan spin normally on Windows without any unnecessary programs?
I have already reinstalled the drivers (maybe I did it wrong? I deleted all programs and folders I found related to AMD)
I installed Linux yesterday if it matters.

    OKAY.
Now turn off MSI and post the screen again.

How do you perform a stress test for the graphics card, with MSI turned off, the fan will start to rotate after exceeding a certain temperature or not?

I prefer not to test, but today (as I did not know yet that the valve is not turning) I started CS: GO it was 87 degrees. I guess it was not spinning, because I have not had such a high temperature at home yet.

On this card, as far as I know, the fan starts to run at 60 degrees.

To be sure, try cleaning the drivers with DDU and reinstalling.
