Recommended Hydraulic Oil for Ravaglioli RAV516NL Scissor Lift: L-HL32, ESSO NUTO H32, Winter Use

I am not a specialist when it comes to hydraulic oils and I would like to know what hydraulic oil would be suitable for my scissor lift.
The lift is Ravaglioli RAV516NL according to the instructions unless it should be ESSO NUTO H32 oil or equivalent.
From what I learned, 32 is viscosity / density and the letter before is a quality class.
Can I buy L-HL32 oil or will it be good? What do you recommend about which sign?
Does oil color matter? I heard that they are dyed e.g. red and normally it is straw.
The lift is standing in a hall where in winter the temperature drops to 0 degrees and I do not know whether to look at this quality class or just important to be 32.

Flood HL 32 and it will be ok, with denser there may be a problem with lifting.

Please tell me if L-HL32 is something different from HL32?

The numbers after the letter are the ISO viscosity class. This is the kinematic viscosity value for 40 * C
