I warmly welcome. I have Tv from Cyfrowy Polsat. After the storm, the signal disappeared. I thought it was the converter's fault so I exchanged it but it did not work. To be sure, I also checked the second converter and nothing. The cable connected to the New and also to no avail. Is it possible that it will damage Czasza? After all, it has not been bent etc. I am asking for a hint.

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

I will add that the decoder is 100 per cent effective because I connected to the second satellite dish (another household member) And it's ok.

Since everything is checked, only the antenna setting remains.

The canopy itself was not checked. I do not know if it's possible to get damaged

If the conversion of the converter and the cable did not work, try to borrow the whole decoder from someone. It is possible that the storm was damaged.

The decoder is operational. It was changed. The only question is whether it is possible that somehow Czasza has damaged after the storm. There is no mark in the form of dents. Everything else was checked.

A colleague wrote that the decoder works on a different antenna 100%.

You are left with your antenna setting with the signal level meter. Probably during the storm the bowl was broken and therefore no signal

After the recent storms, even the handles were bent as the antenna would not give up.

Well, I will combine. I have no idea how it sets up. I've heard about some android programs but I do not know how to use it

You will not find out for your friend. You need to connect the meter and check the signal level. Even a slight violation of the antenna at the digital signal causes a large drop in the signal. Even twisting the converter is important, as I write. Connect the meter and set to get the best signal from the antenna

Just such a small miracle for PLN 25 (the cost is negligible) and miracles work Cyfrowy Polsat TV Signal Loss After Storm - Converter & Cable Replacement Ineffective, Dish Damage?

Well, "tester". I used the colloquial name that is used in my region :)

I do not know. The instructions are read with understanding, everyone knows how to learn everything step by step. Take some patience and give advice :)

Step by step, he was doing it and what came out of it? Substitute several converters, wire and look for bowl damage? Now everything can be like an amateur, he puts them together and put them together.
I would advise someone who is familiar and not recommend the indicator. :D

Exactly, instead of buying new elements of the antenna set, it was necessary to call someone who has knowledge and measuring equipment.

Topic summary

After a storm, a user experienced a loss of TV signal with their Cyfrowy Polsat setup. They replaced the converter and checked the cables, but the issue persisted. The decoder was confirmed to be functional with another dish. Suggestions included checking the antenna alignment and using a signal level meter to diagnose potential damage to the dish (Czasza) or misalignment due to the storm. Some users noted that even minor adjustments to the antenna can significantly affect signal quality. It was advised to consult a professional with the necessary measuring equipment for accurate troubleshooting.
