The antenna has been dismantled due to the painting. Later assembled and complete lack of even the minimal signal.
Conventer replaced with a new one (he had his years).
    The cable is checked.
The cable ends have been improved several times.
A decoder replaced with a different one.
Antenna set more or less the same as it was (a bit of settings downloaded from another operating).
On the decoder in the settings both empty strips (power and signal quality) despite moving the antenna ...
    What could be the reason?

Antenna setting. This can not be set to the eye. This is a point and only a point.

Damn it, how did I set it up ?!?!?!
How would the slight difference in the antenna setup be the smallest bandwidth of the signal bar that the decoder did not show?

    Added after 11 [minutes]:

I was able to set up a little, you helped me because I would look for a reason elsewhere ... Thanks

    Welcome.

The exact setting of the antenna is a condition for obtaining a signal.
If you want to do the assembly yourself, read the attachment

    greetings

Thanks for your good intentions, I already managed to set up a digital polysat instructions I found earlier on the internet in Google Maps I set a given angle (I found a point in the area in which I pointed the antenna) as the handle I'm not sure if it is perfectly flat up down I was moving until something caught on the decoder and this way I was able to set it up I write if someone here came up with a similar problem ... ;)
Anyway, thanks for all the help ... :)
