    Good morning,

I'm thinking about the LTE home network.

Location: Sudecka 93 / Jelenia Góra

    Apartment 55 m 2

I care about a good connection, really only in the living room, where I have a tv, a laptop + 2 mobile phone. By TV, mainly for netflix, and a laptop for music and music.

For this I would need a router. My guess is that offers from operators do not pay with the router.

I tried to grasp the subject myself, but I prefer to advise. On the website http://beta.btsearch.pl I found the Plus transmitter. Does this mean that I will have the best connection with a plus?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    greetings

Subscription offers from operators pay for the equipment. Only you need to know what operator, offer and what equipment to take from him. Offers only for Play and now Orange cards and you also need to know what to use. and it starts with tests of all operators on pre-paid cards and LTE phone installed with the Network Cell Info application and speed tests. NCI shows signal parameters and BTS data that we use. For the Orange free card tests for PLN 5, when registering at the salon, you provide your address details and you will get a 100GB / mb bonus. t-mobile, free voice card with 20GB / 7 days. Play, internet card with 3GB for PLN 9, now a 30GB holiday bonus. in Plus there is probably a 50GB bonus for registering a voice card for 5 PLN. You do tests and show screenshots from the DATA tab in NCI. As for the LTe range, it is available for all operators. base stations at a distance of 800-2000m. Closest to BTS LTE1800NetWorks Sudecka 42, it supports Orange and T-Mobile. Other LTE1800NetWorks BTS are W.Pola 8, Grota-Roweckiego 8, Wyczółkowskiego 58 and Czarnoleska 2. Lack of LTE800 and LTe2600 with these operators and therefore also LTE-A. Plus uses the LTE1800aero2, BTs-ya Kosciuszko 6 and Pola 31 networks, LTE800sferii also for them and LTE-A 1800 + 800 works with them. Sferia also has its LTE800 on Pola 8 and Mickiewicza 120. LTE800sferii operates poorly and slowly. The 5MHz band in MIMO does not allow much. At the end of Play, there are 4 BTS in the area with a set of permits for LTe1800, LTE2100, LTE800 and LTE2600. the first 3 LTE 2600 definitely works for you to check. Certainly LTE1800 + 800 aggregation works, possibly LTE2600 + 1800 and LTE2600 + 800. BTs-y W. Kościuszki 6, Morcinka 29, Mickiewicza 120 and Waryński 10. operator with the best infrastructure. in the case of each operator one has to reckon with the purchase of an external antenna for a selected band. start with tests and give results. Regarding the subscription, it's orange LTE for the house for 59.90 you have 150 + 60GB9 outside the home zone) + nights 0-9 beyond the limit and in a subscription router with LTE-a or MF286 for 0 PLN. T-Mobile subscription for 79.99, unlimited internet and only B525 for 9 PLN, router with LTE-A. Plus, the best subscription with Smartdom with 50% discount, eg 50GB + LTE unlimited for 49.99, after SD discount for PLN 25 and installment with router with LTE-A or DWR-960 PLN 25.50 / month or LTE or B315 PLN 15 / month. in Play, an unlimited internet subscription for 69.99 (59.99) and B525 equipment for PLN 1 or B618 for PLN 99. On the card you can have Play LTE internet without a limit for 5 PLN / month and in Orange on the Orange Free card, a 1410GB package for about 100-200 PLN. You buy the equipment yourself, stationary LTE-A routers, eg B525, E5186, B618, cost PLN 400-600. stationary router LTE-A or B315 costs 250-350 PLN. the cheapest option is mobile Mifi routers, e.g. E5573, e5577 for around PLN 100. This is what you look at in terms of coverage, equipment and operators' offers.

sebass04, In the location you specify, it is possible to use LTE coverage on 1800 Mhz transmitters. Home Internet in Cyfrowy Polsat, including a router and an external antenna, can be purchased from PLN 64.99 with a 24-month contract (additional fee of PLN 1 payable on the courier and an activation fee of PLN 49 added to the first invoice). You will receive a subscription for the first 3 billing periods for free, and you will also be able to use 3 IPLA packages free of charge for 2 months. Thanks to the LTE service with no data limit, you will be able to use the Internet without speed limits in LTE technology after using the basic data packet.

Or maybe you already have some service in Plus or Cyfrowy Polsat? If so and you meet the terms of the smartDOM 3 program, you can take advantage of the combined offer on preferential terms.

As you write in the subject, be honest to the end. It would probably be worth writing how the internet looks like "LTE without data limit in CP", how does your FUP work and how much you can actually use the transfer with full LTE speed available in CP. What are the next speed limits (funnels) after using it. It should be warned that CP according to only the known criteria within FUP can limit the speed to 32Kb / s in the LTE service with no data limit, according to the regulations http://www.cyfrowypolsat.pl/uploaded-files/reg-repo/regulamin-promocji-internet-power-lte -w-sprzedazy-przez-www.pdf Another thing is to offer the client a set for Home Internet without support for LTE-A or IDU-ODU200 in a situation when it is in LTE-A range and aggregation of bands from LTE1800Aero2 and LTE800Sferii BTS and this is the case in this case, it is unfair. Skipping the fact that this set is a problematic junk and no one will take it and will pay for 15 PLN / month of lease for making available and not as you write the purchase. equipment must be returned. And finally, do not know why a friend "specialist" why you do not recommend a better offer as part of Happy Hours http://www.cyfrowypolsat.pl/oferta/internet/o...ageName=pakiet-55&cpClient=false&offerType=MM or 100 GB for PLN 49.99 +10 PLN for B315, which is better equipment than IDU-ODU200 (although also without LTE-A). To sum up, no-one is interested in this offer from CP, with this equipment. If someone already has the pressure for the offer of Mr. Solorz, he likes the Russian roulette called FUP, the better choice is Plus, there at least the equipment is owned, though in installments. And SD3 in Plus also applies. And such Happy Hours in Plus are alternated with CP. This is a professional Forum and here intrusive marketing with understatements, ravages and customer traps will not pass, not only with CP but with no operator.

Returning to the topic, I have two options:

    - unlimited internet from play with Alcatel Linkzone mw40v router (some + 10 PLN per month for two years for subscription)
    - unlimited internet from the play with the Huawei b525 router (+ some 15-20 PLN per month for two years for the subscription + 50 PLN for signing the contract)

I need internet only for netlix on TV and sometimes for games on ps 3 multiplayer (but it's a rarity).

Do you think that this Alcatel will be enough or better to pay extra to b525?

Or maybe buy a used router?
ps. I do not really want to take measurements due to the fact that in the near future I'm moving (I do not know where yet, I am looking for a different lease)

And what is the Play subscription offer with such prices for the equipment?

I have options to buy a starter in T-mobile and transfer the number to play. In play, I already have a company number. How do I transfer this new number and connect it all to the internet, I have about 20 PLN less per month - I have an additional number + unlimited internet in the play (he told me that it is up to 100GB per month and then releases -> I think that's I will not use it once I watch netflix once in a while)

All in all a good question, it will turn out to be some lime, because earlier I focused on this without GB limit. It's going to turn out that this 100gb will be too little even for my humble needs.

So it's a business offer with an additional / main internet card with a limit of 100GB per max and then a 1Mb / s funnel. In this business offer you can take equipment from the operator, ie Play. From the equipment comes minimum B525 or router with LTE-A worth about 500 PLN, more expensive is B715, B618. The Alcatela link Zone is not taken into account at all because it is worth PLN 0. Generally, the equipment of this brand is bypassed by a wide arch.

I waited for your answer. In play, the guest convinced me that these more expensive routers are not used anyway, because none of them reaches speeds of 150mbps etc. etc ...

Now, I'm just thinking about between 100GB per month and unlimited.

In Play every offer no limit is 100GB with full speed and then a 1-2Mb / s funnel. This card in the business offer with 100GB is a good option if you have several voice numbers. the cost of this B525 will be about PLN 500, the same as in the free market. and the consultants are pushing the Link Zone because no one will take it. Alcatel is endless problems and lack of any support from the manufacturer. A consultant is a cheater. B525 aggregates two LTE bands, LTE-A2600 + 1800 can theoretically get DL 225Mb / s in Play. I have 170-180Mb / s in this aggregation at night.

I think the consultant has no idea what he is talking about. According to him, I would not use this b525 and there is no difference between the alcatel.

I still have to check the internet card in my contract, which my father got for the company. There are 3-4 voice numbers and from what I remember the internet card got. I'm afraid that there was only up to 10GB and down. It was a PLAY BIZBOX offer.
Added after 19 [hours] 45 [minutes]:
I managed to add PLN 10 for the "speed renewal" function on play 24 in this offer for bizbox companies where the father has several voice numbers; ) I have 100 GB per month for it.

    Now the question:

    - to buy a minimum router then Huawei b525s-23A? It can be used (I see one with T-mobile?). How to buy an original antenna for 88 PLN on the Allegro?
    - I found the Huawei E173 + some antenna / try at all?
    - I found Air Live WL-1600USB + some antenna / try at all?

It turned out that Air Live is a wi-fi-> network card.

I checked the Huawei E173. Tragic speed.

I only have to buy a router, so I repeat the question: to buy a minimum router is Huawei b525s-23A? It can be used (I can see it from T-mobile, but from what I read are cut off). So how to buy the original antenna for 88 PLN on the Allegro?

Do a test on this web card on an LTE telephone with the Network Cell Info application, it will show BTS data and signal parameters. For this speed test, show the DATA tab and the speed test result. Test at home and outdoors. Play has around 3 BTSs with a set of permits for LTE2600, LTE2100, LTE800 and LTE80. They are at Mickiewicza 120, Morcinka 29 and Kosciuszko Hill 6. Play uses LTE-And so the purchase of a router with an obvious bandwidth aggregation. It can be B525 from T-Mobile.

No screen from NCI outside. in the house a sufficient signal on LTE800, but it's hard to say from which BTS. In JG they are unverified. Low speeds. Speedtest is good outside but we do not know in what band and with what signal parameters but it does not say LTE800. Show screen with DATA from NCI outside.

Gentlemen, and what is the matter of ping on this type of internet, is it real to have a ping below 50 or rather not very much. I know that this is dependent on the equipment and location but I ask purely theoretical whether such a result or lower to be achieved. I'm asking because if not then I will not even have a topic subject with transmitters, etc.
    greetings
