3. Mobile devices and a latpot with speed cards.
4. Horizon stands on a dresser (1.2m from the floor) near any devices that can interfere with the signal.

The technician found that the config is incorrect or not loaded correctly, found that he uploaded a new one and asked for a test. I made 3 measurements from a telephone - over 110 Mb / s result. About 10 minutes after talking to a technician, next tests and speed again stiffly 30

Again contact with UPC, another technician is trying to convince me that everything is fine (I finished IT school, specialty in computer networks), of course, our conversation did not lead to anything, he stated that they have no possibility to limit the speed and he knows nothing about configs ...
I suspect that the config is thrown into Horizon's memory or on the switch for my ip is QoS for wifi. Is it possible to get into Horizon's memory and extract all files?

Alternatively, you may have some advice on configuration or how to settle your matter with UPC. They can send a technician to check, but if everything is ok during his visit, they charge 50 PLN.
