Windows Won't Start, Stuck in System Recovery Options Loop, Safe Mode Issue, Direct & Temp Files

Every time I start the computer, the Windows system does not start, only the "System Recovery Options" window pops up, after scanning, the window pops up that everything is git and resets, after which the same thing happens again.
It is like that every time. Windows can't be started even in safe mode, because it's the same.
I don't know what the reason may be. The only thing I did before it stopped working was installing direct and removing "temp" files
I need your help what to do to restore his fitness. - I don't want the format because I have important files on my computer.

I don't remember exactly the specifications of my computer. Can it be checked somewhere in the bios or something?
By MHDE you mean the second disk? If so, I have to worry you and myself, because I have only one disk. (I don't know much about IT, I can only format and fix some small bugs)

I made the MHDD mistake it was meant to be. No second disk needed. You burn this program to a CD and create a boot disk from it, and start your computer from it.
