    Hello,

    The car is a 2004 Nissan Micra 1.2, a 3 door model.
    130,000 Km driven, First owner.
A car used for everyday driving around the city. No jerking, no smoking, etc.
Due to the noise, the front bearings were replaced, but the noise did not stop.
When driving straight ahead, it makes noise, when turning right, it makes a lot of noise, when turning left, silence.
Having these symptoms, I replaced the bearings, just in case, in both wheels, now I wonder if this noise is not the left joint?
The driveshaft has no play, it is stiff. Despite replacing the bearings, the sound is like the movie.

And the bearings on the back? Are you sure the noise is coming from the front? Rear wheel bearings wear very often on these Micras.

The back was made not so long ago.
What you feel is that at 80 km / h the vibrations in the cabin, while above 120 km / h the noise calms down. It is audible, but there is no hum and vibration.
There is silence when turning left, straight ahead and when turning right, howls. This misled me because I thought it was the placenta, at least until now such symptoms have always suggested it. As you can see in the video from the link howls.

I think tomorrow I will use a dictaphone and mount a microphone near the wheels and joints to record the noise while driving and diagnose where it comes from ...

Hello. Was it possible to diagnose the fault! For me, the symptoms are identical, only the noise stops when turning right, and is present when driving straight and turning left.

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Raise the back (front too) and spin the wheels, whichever hoot has a broken bearing.

I had the same case, check all the bearings again. 90% of them are one of the bearings, in my case it was the left rear and you would be betting the right rear.

Or you pick up the wheel, grab the wheel, one on twelve, the other on six o'clock and how you feel that summer is vertical, this bearing :) there should be no vertical slack; p
of course, this is just additional diagnostics

on the articulation, you turn to the maximum in one side and you move harder, which is also strange because the articulations rather backside seem to hum on the straight wheels; p

anyway, if you do not replace it yourself (manually), the mechanic will tell you what exactly and replace it ;) if you have a good mechanic there in PL; p
