    Hello,

I was given the task of improving the range in this crap somehow. Unfortunately, unfortunately, beyond my knowledge, my mother agreed to the CP offer which squeezed her 200 from the plus as a great innovative technology. Before I knew it, 14 days had passed and the door handle was taken. The Internet works slowly because up to 1 Mbps of pings is not too much because within 60. Only question how I will order for this antenna http://allegro.pl/antena-do-wzmocnienia-odu-200-idu-200-cp- plus-34db-i6150432039.html this will somehow improve the signal? Here I mark it is not about hyper speed, but only one that allows you to log in to the bank to make transfers and log out. Cool will be even 5 Mb / s more I do not count. The antenna will be connected on the chimney, and the equipment will go directly without the satellite dish.

    Location from Google 53.534602, 16.467614

Please, please, because this crap can not be given away, unfortunately, and the location itself is difficult for all kinds of media.

IDU-ODU200 you have for lending, you pay for rent even 15 PLN / month. It is owned by CP and all interfering with the equipment is illegal. On this ODU20 you can use only the free LTE800Sferia from BTS in Łubów. On LTE1800Aero2 are BTSs in Łubów and Borne Sulinowo. The antenna from the link works just at 1800MHz but it's hard to say whether it will help. On the way there are forests, my mother did not have the right to take it in such a location and how she took it had to be given back within 14 days. CP / Plus is not an operator for this location. Here you choose between Orange and T-Mobile, which have coverage from their BTSs at LTE800 (they have 10MHz in MIMO) in Borne, Łubów. Of course, for this effective antenna on 800MHz or 2xATK-20 or 2x ATK-10 / 800-980 because the location is very difficult. To sum up, the antenna from the Nowa Jastrząk Chinese trader somehow works on LTE1800, there is no guarantee that you will connect to it with BTS-LTE1800aero2 in Borne or Łubów. Any interference with the ODU is illegal you are at risk of the mother (the equipment must be given back one day). Make LTE1800 signal tests on the ODU by forcing them in the IDU management panel, the same for LTE800, show screenshots. Generally, it looks weak.

Well if I knew it would take it, I would say my opinion. But that's after the fact, maybe what other antenna should you have in order to have the chance of living for domestic use?

Test bandwidth i.e. choose a particular mode and do a speed test-a?

yes, in the IDU management panel you can choose the LTE band, choose LTE800 with the LTE1800 app. In this panel there is also a tab showing LTE signal parameters, check for each band. For this speetest.

It's like that, on the 1800 band there was no connection to the network all the time in the bar there was an exclamation mark. On the 800 band it looks like this:
External Antenna for Idiom 200 Plus: Range Improvement, 34db Allegro Antenna, 1Mbps & 60 Pings

it's from the panel when you take the second speed test, which is not in the pictures.

The result, i.e. the speed and very good for these LTE800 signal parameters. Even in this band, it practically has no right to act. On LTE1800, of course, I did not expect a range to appear because it is physics and miracles. These only promise CP / Plus consultants and their nonsense / virtual coverage maps. It was enough to do such a test after assembly and quickly give back. On LTE1800aero2 there is no chance, even with this set from the link. ODU outside has tragic LTE signal parameters and LTE1800 does not reach there. The only chance is the weak LTE800 Sferia from Łubów. But no one offers such a set with an 800MHz antenna. There are two exits. the first is the purchase of 2 pieces of ATK-20 http://www.dipol.com.pl/antena_gsm_20-element...20-850-960_mhz_10_m_przewodu_wtyk_n_A7028.htm but write to dipole or not to sell the antenna with 1m wire terminated with N plug, to this 2xhttp: / /allegro.pl/konektor-pigtail-ufl-gniazdo-nz-n-zens-u-fl-30cm-i6776489524.html and connect the antennas yourself, like the one from the link you gave. ATK-20 is a proven antenna for this band with a large, real profit. One in vertical polarization, the other in horizontal. You set to Łubów. The second is the contact with the seller from Nowa Jastrzabki and the request to sell such a set as from a cable only instead of the antenna 2x17dBi to LTE1800 antenna work in the LTE800 band https://yagi.pl/anteny-800-mhz Only do not buy this kit from it from the antenna broadband because it offers one. You need a high gain antenna at 800MHz. This one has 14dBi in the description but I do not know it and I do not guarantee that it has so much. Assembled analogous to that of the dual LTE1800 with a link, the same set only converts the antennas.

Thanks for help in the near future I will consider whether to take the antennas separately or the one with a different band. I understand that everything like the first link I threw but only on the 800MHz band ...

Yes, only an 800MHz antenna that it also has on offer instead of the broadband line of your link. On LTE800, you still have a weak signal level, so you need the strongest antenna possible for this band. Broadband antennas are lower and 1800MHz is unnecessary for you.

That's why I gave up CP services, now there is T-mobile and there has never been a situation that an internet problem has occurred :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around improving the internet range for the Idiom 200 Plus device, which is experiencing slow speeds of up to 1 Mbps and high ping times. The user inquires about the effectiveness of a 34dB antenna from Allegro for enhancing the signal. Responses indicate that the device is limited to specific LTE bands, with suggestions to use an LTE800 antenna for better performance due to poor coverage in the user's location. Recommendations include testing different LTE bands and considering alternative antennas, specifically those designed for the 800MHz band, as the 1800MHz options may not provide adequate connectivity. The conversation highlights the challenges of using the current service provider and suggests exploring other operators for better service.
