Hello, I have recently noticed that despite only the chrome browser with several tabs and spotify enabled, the RAM consumption is at a very high level of ~ 10GB. After turning off the browser and all other programs, the consumption indicated between 5 and even 7 GB of consumption. There is no process in the task manager that is responsible for such a large consumption of RAM. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Save the notepad file as fixlist.txt and put it next to FRST in the same folder.
    Run FRST and click "Repair".

    Perform system optimization:

"Run Disk Cleanup and select Clean up system files.
Select the types of files you want to get rid of. For a description of a file type, select it.
    Select the OK button. "

    Use Defender instead of others.
Crash auto-start, unnecessary services, background applications. You've probably already done that, optimization.
