Hello. Why can't I set a higher antenna signal than 66%. I bought antenna 90 recently because it was 60. I was hoping that it would improve signal strength but none of these things signal strength is the same. Why ?? The antenna is set up like this ..

What did you set the antenna for? The converter should also be twisted. What cable length and quality?

I set the antenna manually looking at the signal strength. The most ordinary coaxial cable. Converter turn ?? But how ? Cable length to one TV eye 10 m decoder with digital polsat, to another about 30m strength 100% somehow 27% NC decoder +
