    Hello.

Why can't I set a higher antenna signal than 66%. I bought antenna 90 recently because it was 60. I was hoping that it would improve signal strength but none of these things signal strength is the same. Why ??
The antenna is set up like this .. digital polsat / 90 antenna - weak signal from the antenna 66% digital polsat / 90 antenna - weak signal from the antenna 66% digital polsat / 90 antenna - weak signal from the antenna 66%

What did you set the antenna for? The converter should also be twisted. What cable length and quality?

I set the antenna manually looking at the signal strength. The most ordinary coaxial cable. Converter turn ?? But how ? Cable length to one TV eye 10 m decoder with digital polsat, to another about 30m strength 100% somehow 27% NC decoder +

There are no obstacles in front of the canopy, nothing covers?
The decoder and its indications are sufficient for setting.

The converter boom arm is not deformed?
Rotate the converter a few degrees in the handle.

Note that the decoder may display a delayed change in signal strength. Therefore, by positioning the antenna we make a minimal movement of the dish and wait a moment to refresh the value on the screen.

So what's the decoder? First you write about low strength, then about quality. So how?

    This Corab model has it.

    Quality is more important.

The second photo shows that the converter is almost vertical. Standing in front of the antenna, you turn it gently to the left. At your location, it should be approximately 6 ° from the vertical.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing a persistent weak signal of 66% from a newly purchased 90 cm antenna, despite expectations for improved performance over a previous 60 cm antenna. Various responses suggest checking the antenna's alignment, the quality and length of the coaxial cable, and the positioning of the converter. Recommendations include using a signal meter for precise adjustments, ensuring no obstructions are present, and making slight adjustments to the converter's angle. The importance of signal quality over strength is emphasized, along with the potential for delayed signal readings on the decoder.
