(I don't know if it's a good department, if it's bad, please move)
Hello, speakers came to me today, Companies: Media-tech [MT-3325]
when connected to a computer they do not work, but when I connect to a cell they emit sound in the sense of firing mp3, i.e. the speakers are functional.

I have RAZERA headphones (USB input) and they work when I connect them. I don't know if I have a sound card I know it's stupid but (dxdiag) says: No sound card found. To find it, install the sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer. When I go to the Hp website where the drivers are located, etc. I download everything from the sound department, but when installing later, I write that this driver does not match this device (although the speakers are not connected)

The 3.5mm Mini Jack inputs do not work even when connecting some cellular headphones (I checked from the front and back). It is worth adding that when I had a computer (new) it had a loudspeaker inside the computer and was connected to an additional port where it writes "SPEAKER" of course it upset me and I dismantled it. Do you think it's a sound card and you need a new one? Good end of this gibberish, if something is unclear, write I will give the parameters:
    Motherboard: 437795-001 437354-001
    350W Hp power supply

The sound card is integrated on the disc. Probably the fault of the drivers. Paste the device manager view. What system?

After all, in this thread https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3305501-30.html you wrote that the problem was solved.

Yes, it was ok then, but now as you can see they do not work there in the volume control option I could select the speaker (SRS premium sound) now I can only select the digital audio device (HDMI) but can download this nvidia driver and try it with it? Because when I download the driver from the hp website, I get a notification "Audio Driver Files Do Not Support This Computer's Equipment"

I get a problem that I don't have the rtkvac64.sys file in the x64 folder but I don't know where I have this folder because I downloaded the file from the internet. i only have windows x32 but x64 not but pasted there and nothing
    Added after 1 [hours]:
After the installation, I reset the computer, but none of this goes "X" on the speaker

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

I'll see how it looks with "nvidia" drivers

    Added after 58 [minutes]:

Now there is nvidia output instead of digital audio device (HDMI) still not working, I will see what windows update will download

Topic summary

The user reports that their Media-tech MT-3325 speakers function correctly when connected to a cell phone but produce no sound when connected to a computer. The user is uncertain about the presence of a sound card, as a diagnostic tool indicates none is found. Attempts to install drivers from the HP website have failed, citing incompatibility. The user has also tried connecting headphones, which work, and has previously uninstalled NVIDIA drivers that did not resolve the issue. Suggestions from other users include checking the device manager for sound card status, installing Realtek AC'97 Audio Codecs drivers, and resetting BIOS settings related to sound. Despite these efforts, the speakers remain non-functional on the computer.
