    Hello,
I have a problem with the intercom, i.e. I can hardly hear or do not hear the person at the entrance door (she hears me very clearly) and the intercom does not open the door (after pressing the door opening button, you can hear the message "door open please close it behind you" and the sound of the electromagnet in the door, but the door does not unlock). Below I am sending a photo of the intercom after opening it and here I would like to ask if there is a need for a connection between the "-" wire and the T terminal as shown in the attached diagram?

Report this problem to your administration / manager / cooperative.
The regulation is in the entry panel, to which regular user has no access. This is what the service does.

As above - fault in the common part - maintenance service

No - it's called local bell, i.e. shorting the T and contact - will give a bell in the uniphone
(slightly different than when calling from a cassette).

    greetings

    @szpoak
This is a block of flats, my apartment is on the 2nd floor (No. 18). The cage has 5 floors, i.e. at least 50 premises. I measured the tensions between the veins:
    blue - orange 18.17 V
    orange - green 1.8 V
    nievieska - green 18 V

    @Ircys
Ok, I'll report to the administration, thanks.

Hi, I don't want to start a new topic so I'm plugging in.
My issue is with exactly the same intercom i.e. Fermex 3390.

New flat in a multi-family building, 7th floor, last floor - intercom and doorbell not working.
I do not know whether the intercom and doorbell worked before. This is not to be determined at this time and I do not wish to focus on this.

I'm in the flat tomorrow so I'll take photos of the instructions if they are to be of use. I have already familiarised myself with it, if anything.

I've taken the intercom apart and unfortunately there's absolutely no voltage there (unless there's some magic way to measure it?). Deafening silence.

Close-up view of an intercom circuit board with connected wires. .
    The contacts are:
    +
    -
    L
    A
    T

In the box at the entrance to the flat it looks like this:
Electrical box with cables and connectors. .

I know you can't see much, but to my mind this is as it should be, according to the diagram:
Connection diagram of Fermex ADS intercom ref. no. 3390 and 3391 with terminal markings. .

I'm wondering if I should take these etons/connectors apart and check the voltages there, or just let it go for my part, as the subject goes beyond the flat area?

Any suggestions on what to do? What to diagnose? How to diagnose? Need to add something as part of the information?

    Additionally:
    1. a few days ago I was approached on the estate forum by another resident who also had a power outage on the intercom. Quite different cage and floor.
2: I checked the doorbell switch and there had clearly been some work done on it after painting etc., because there is a 5cm border around the switch with a different shade of paint and texture. It's just that someone painted it after some time or with a different roller.

Measure the voltage between + and - should be 18V (DC).
If it's not there, you don't do anything about it yourself but report it to the administration/manager.

I had already done the voltage measurement before entering the electrode.

Ok, in this situation I will report it further to look for the cause outside the flat.

    Thank you for your reply.

Topic solved, someone working on the control panel led to a short circuit. As a result, there was no power at my place.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the Fermax 3390 intercom system, specifically low audio levels and failure to unlock the door. The user reports that while the person at the entrance can hear them clearly, they struggle to hear the response. Additionally, pressing the door unlock button results in a message indicating the door should be closed, but it does not unlock. Various responses suggest checking the wiring, particularly the connection between the "-" wire and the T terminal, and measuring voltage levels. It is noted that the intercom may be part of a larger system in a multi-family building, and users recommend reporting the issue to building management if voltage measurements are not as expected. Ultimately, one user resolved their issue by identifying a short circuit caused by work on the control panel, which had disrupted power to their unit.
