Hello, I'm new to the forum.

I have already searched most of Google for a solution to my problem, but nothing corresponded to what happened to me. If there was a similar topic, I apologize in advance, maybe I just missed it.

I will now describe my case.
    First, my equipment:
    Motherboard: GA-F2A55M-S1 FM2 AMD A55 2DDR3 RAID uATX
    Processor: A4 6320 FM2 65W 3.8GHz
    Graphics: Radeon R7 250OC 2GB DDR3 128bit
    Ram Memory: DDR3 4GB / 1600 CL11 (512 * 8) 8chips
Power supply: ATX 2.2 500W 120mm BOX Black Line

I will emphasize in advance that nothing was buried with it, i.e. overlocking, etc., and that I am green on some issues, but I can say that I know a bit.

I have had this computer since December 24, 2014. It's just a computer from 2006 or 2005, except that it had the guts replaced, all except the housing.

It started last week when the storm raged in the morning. The day before everything was fine, I was sitting on the internet late, playing games to get sleepy, just like everyday. (But I think I left it in sleep mode). The next day, after the storm, I tried to start the computer. Everything is nice, it turns on. But after about 10-15 minutes it turned off, i.e. restarted, as if someone had pressed the restart button, or it ran out of electricity and turned off and on in a fraction of a second. It surprised me because I never did. There are options to start it normally or in safe mode and the information that recently the computer has not been shut down properly. It happened until the end of the day, it turned off at various short intervals. I didn't care, I thought that some loose defect may be at the electricity supplier, or the socket is not providing enough power, but just in case I cleaned it and dusted it with muck, and also checked if anything was overheating or something. Everything looked fine, temperatures were normal. I saw the type of error in the event viewer. Kernel power 41 (63), you surely know the description of this error, unfortunately I do not have memory for this, and the computer cannot boot, which I will explain later.
The next day everything was fine, it turned off rarely, probably 2-3 times a day at intervals of several hours, and it seemed to be getting better every day.
Until today. In the morning there was a storm again and a severe one, but this time the computer was 100% turned off, but not unplugged.
The same problem started, it kept rebooting, but now I didn't even have time to enter my password to log into the system. The more times I tried it, the worse it got. It turned off several times at the same time, imagine that your computer starts up 5 times and you hear a characteristic beep each time. And after a while it reset itself again.
I unscrewed it and turned the RAM into a second entry. Nothing helped so I carried it to a different power supply, listening to see if it would reset itself. It was also like that.
And now I just spread my hands. I left it disconnected from all the cables, it took half a day to complete. I recently plugged it in again, nothing showed, as if the fault was now lying in some other substrate. There was a black screen, the monitor LED was blinking as if it was asleep, there was no beep but all the fans were running. Thought it might turn on eventually. And it did, after 5 minutes I heard a beep. But the problem is still as it was, but worse. I am now unable to even log in, the furthest I saw was the Windows 7 boot screen, and then a reset again and safe mode boot choices.
I suspect that the problem is in the power supply, but before I go to the service, it will take some time, I do not have the money to repair or replace any computer component. That is why I reach for your suggestions.
Best regards and have a nice evening.

(I'm writing from the phone, that's why I edited, I accidentally hit 'send'. That's why I apologize in advance for the late replies, because of this and the nerves already shattered by this situation.)

    Power supply or motherboard.

PS. "power supply" to be replaced anyway, so start with it.

After the storm ... there can be "anything" from Win7 damage ... to hardware (motherboard, processor, Wireless LAN on RTL8111F., ... graphics)

What do you only get when you take out the disc graphic. (Radeon R7 250OC)> after all there are:
    1 x VGA
    1 x DVI-D

    ps
See what you have with a self-booting Linux distribution (CD or flash for USB)
    ** disconnect old drive
    These CDs are cheap now!

Where did this conclusion come from? I know it's not top shelf, but it has handled all the hardware with no problem for the entire period I have it.

Today I will try to get Linux, I will run it on pendrive. But I doubt that it will work since currently the system is rarely booted. Not even the time (30 seconds to choose whether to start the system normally) and it is restarting.

Nevertheless, I will try and let you know about the effect. Thanks for the answers.

I am always amused by this approach. A hammer with a cracked shaft drives nails until they come off and knock you on the forehead. Does this mean a hammer with a cracked shaft is good and can be used forever?

It amuses me, however, that the computer turns off less often. Yesterday it went from 8pm to 2:30 am with no reboot. Only today in the morning it turned off twice. I think he has bad and bad days ?

As for linux, I tested it, it crashed once and finished the test. The computer is now freshly formatted with the latest headsets installed.

I took off its cover, it is standing without. I don't know if it affects his longer work now, because he doesn't heat up? After all, his temperatures were normal.

    Ps.
Found the papers when I was buying it. I still have a warranty on the RAM and the processor. Unfortunately, the power supply has already passed. From what Mr. Fox wrote, everything can be the cause, so I am curious if it is actually a power supply, since it works well once and hardly turns off, and on occasional days like two before, it almost does not go to the end. Nevertheless, I will try to replace it as soon as possible and check the effect.
    Thanks for the answers.

In my place today it is cooler outside the window and the same at home. You too?
After opening the housing, each component, apart from the power supply, has a warmer (such a curiosity) because you disturb the proper ventilation. The fans now mix the air in circles like a pile of concrete mixer ... But the power supply itself sucks air from everywhere instead of just warmed up from over the CPU. Only he has a cooler that can help him and would fit the theory.

Topic summary

The user reports that their computer, equipped with a GA-F2A55M-S1 motherboard, A4 6320 processor, Radeon R7 250OC graphics card, and a 500W power supply, has been experiencing random restarts and shutdowns, particularly after a storm. Initial troubleshooting suggestions include checking the power supply and motherboard, as well as testing the system with a self-booting Linux distribution. The user has attempted to run Linux from a USB drive but noted intermittent functionality. They have also considered the impact of system ventilation after removing the case cover. The user plans to replace the power supply to determine if it resolves the issue, as it has shown inconsistent performance.
