Krups EA8251 - Error 07, the piston is sticking against the grounds scraper

The problem is that when the piston goes down, the coffee grounds scraper does not always retract and there is a collision error 07 pops up.
This happens when the machine is filled with water while it draws water.
Moreover, I noticed that there is a constriction on the slider and I do not know if it is worked out.
Does the scraper originally have a return spring, etc.
Please let me know where you can get such individual parts?

Problem solved.
Mechanically bending the guide and after the problem, the replacement of seals + lubrication and the machine will continue to serve.
