Satel Perfecta 16 WRL Control Panel Connection Issue: Computer Not Detecting, Keypad No Connection

I have a problem connecting the Perfecta 16 WRL control panel to the computer. The USB RS driver and Perfecta Soft program have been installed on the computer. Despite this, the computer still does not detect the control panel and you cannot connect to it to add the keypad. The keypad, on the other hand, displays "No Connetion (CLK / DATA)." I attach a picture of the control panel connection, because maybe something is wrong with the cables.

The keypad and motion detectors are wireless, which are added to the control panel by means of the Perfecta soft program. Unfortunately, the computer does not connect to the control panel ...

Maybe this description will help somehow. I specifically started the control panel without a keyboard

1. I unpacked and threw away any unnecessary garbage including programming instructions.
2. I installed trafo, control panel, antenna, etc.
3. I connected the cable (pin 3 - RS) to the appropriate connector of the control panel and then connected to the computer through a USB-RS adapter.
4. I fired Perfecta soft and connected the power supply. The plate did not get up.
5. I was about to put a subject on the electrode, but I just remembered that I did not put a fuse ....
6. Next, no connection. Write not write, but what will I be hard and try to manage myself. I checked the port. It turned out that my adapter is not detected. Well, I did not use this adapter.
7. After changing the adapter I got a connection.

Duration of the operation, including a cigarette break, approximately 20 minutes.
