Iveco Daily 35c12 2.3 2003 - Wipers Non-Stop, Dimmed Headlights & Speedometer Issues

Hello.
I have a problem with Iveco, for some time when turning on the wipers, the dipped headlights slightly dimmed, and the speed indicators were reset. and speedometer, then all the lights came on and went out after a while.
Now the dipped beam has gone out. I replaced the light switchboard under the steering wheel, the lights are back to normal, but unfortunately the wipers are running non-stop.
What else can be checked?
I can not find the relay responsible for the wipers, if someone has such knowledge, please help me.

A contact in the wiper motor is responsible for stopping, while the control is received from a relay located on the switch plate under the steering wheel.
