If it works and actually has a five-year warranty (and this is probably the seller's guarantee, because the disc is from 2013) there is no reason to send back. HGST is nothing short of Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, on older drives it was the Hitachi logo, on newer ones is HGST, so there is no reason to return it - it's the same drive.

In the photo of the auction is JAN-2013 and what I got is NOV-2012 and then you know that this disk is also from 2013?

It is not, it is from November 2012, therefore it has an older logo. I made a mistake writing earlier that it is from 2013, it is actually from the end of 2012.

The disk works cool and is fast.
