    Hello, I bought the Touran 2009 bls 7 speed Dsg and zonk after 100km there was a lack of gears and parking (rolling). I have connected vcds no errors in the box and the engine. The line works correctly with the box. Has anyone had this case? What is this damage? Expensive repair? Thank you greetings. I forgot to add the lack of gears to all D, S, R. On the manual the same.

    Hello, I'm still fighting. I noticed that the mechatronics do not push these cylinders towards the clutch, which causes a lack of drive. Strange only that there are no errors. Can you force some gearbox test?

    What is the pressure in mechatronics? Measurement group 30, position 3 is to be between 60 and 40 bar. Preferably on a running engine. Maybe the tester doesn't read the box driver completely.

    So yes I use vcds and vas zero errors one and the other. I wanted to do vas adaptation and nothing happens silence. Only a procedure came out could not be done. In these blocks I have the value 0. or no pressure. I disassembled the pump seems to be Oki engine too . if the disc itself is damaged only why zero errors?

    Fuses under the hood No. 2 30A, No. 5 15A good? Strange that the controller does not report a lack of pressure, probably mechatronics to be replaced.

    Gentlemen, I found the reason. In coding I have all zeros. Will somebody suggest some coding because for dsg 6 is 00020 and for dsg 7? The question is why it got such. If you enter 00020 then the pump said.
    The second question is how to put this mechatronics back. Anyone have any manual for this? thanks greetings.

    Before mounting the mechatronics, the clutch release levers must be moved away. I do not have a special device so I made it from a thick flat bar and blocked it with a screw 6 in the hole, marked in Figure 1. Set the shifts to N, Fig. 2. Screw the guide pins for mechatronics into the gearbox body, Fig. 3. Set the pistons in mechatronics to 25mm, fig. 4. Mount the mechatronics and release the release levers. The mechatronics contain 1.1L of oil and the instruction box gives 1.7L, not enough, I pour 3L (through the vent, 75W90).     For mechatronics oil: Servolenkgetriebe-Öl G 004 000 ersatzweise verwenden wir auch
    Dextron III. If you don't have this G 004 000 then you can flood Dextron III.
