    Hello.
I have no power on the Bosch EDC16U31 engine controller in the VW T5, year 2009 with the BRS engine on pins 3, 5, 6.
Does anyone have a schematic for this model?
There are relays in the car than in the repair manual I have.
The car does not start after disconnecting the battery, the fuses are good.

    greetings

    As a colleague wrote above.
After this relay, there is also a fuse and only EDC.
    Fuses checked?
Show what relay box you have.

Thanks for the quick reply but the car doesn't have relay 109 unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

    Thanks.
Do you have a schematic for it or do you know how it is controlled?

This relay is controlled by the EDC.
The relay coil has a constant plus and the mass is given from the 49 EDC pin.
The controller gives the weight when the plus e of the ignition switch on the EDC pin 18 appears on the EDC.
See what this relay is missing and whether the EDC has power from the ignition switch and ground on pins 1, 2, 4.

I've already checked the mass, it's ok.
    I'll check the rest tomorrow.

Added after 13 [hours] 52 [minutes]:

Hello again, I checked again pins 1,2,4 may mass, while the EDC pin 18 gets tension but the boardz strangely shows up first
7.5V in a moment increases to 10.5V and 12V, while the mass on EDC 49 pin slowly increases 6.5V, then 9.5V and remains so ???.
