    Hi,

At the beginning I do not know if a good department, so sorry in advance.

I have a Philips 42PFL6007K12, and Galaxy S7. I wanted to connect them together (phone desktop visible on TV) to be able to watch something sometimes on TV with youtube etc.
Galaxy S7 no longer supports MHL technology - so it falls off. The TV only supports the function with a dedicated application to control it via the phone - nothing more.
Tell me what I would have to buy - the name of the device - to be able to connect it probably via HDMI.
I want the transfer, if possible, to take place via bluetooth and not via Wifi because I would like to have a telephone connected to wifi.
    Of course, it's about 1080p quality :)

when I got mixed up, please ;)

    best regards

For such a thing there is a Miracast function or it can be shared via DLNA but then the file must be on the phone cannot be streamed from the internet as in miracast. 1080p via bluetooth probably not only Wifi.
By the way, the s7 top model and castrated with MHL not nice from Samsung, I have a micro HDMI port on my phone.

TV miracast does not support ... I agree that previous models supported and in S7 will come up with the idea to turn it off heh
So 1080 must go for WIFI ...
    thanks for advice

Do not expect miracles here - no one guarantees anything with wifi.

Isn't it easier to buy RPi and install Kodi on it?

You can also use any Android dongle tv.

Hi, could you write if and how did you solve your problem? I have exactly the same TV and S7 and I also regret the castration of MHL as the cable is the cable and probably no wireless casts will replace it, but I plan to buy EZcast 2 for now.

    best regards
    Andrew
