Until 24/09/2017 I was in T-mobile. From 25.09.2017 I am in Premium Mobile and I have the first "pain" at the beginning. When entering the settings in the phone and selecting hide number - when calling, the number is shown. On the internet I found that you can reserve a number once by entering the code # 31 # - and this option also does not work. For other operators, it was enough to enter the phone settings, mark hide number and it's ready, and here for one-time hiding require that the appropriate code enter (which does not work for me). The Premium Mobile sim card was transferred to another phone and the symptom is the same. Before switching from T-mobile to Premium, hiding worked, before I was in PLEY and it also worked as it should.

I called the service and some woman started talking like it was filmed that it was on the equipment side that everything was fine with them to check everything well - and I was already bleeding - because I had checked everything before - she was my and I was mine - she said that she would pass it on to the technical department.

I also checked on the HUAWEI P8 lite phone and there after entering the settings where it changes to hide the number, this option is inactive - it cannot be entered - with the sim of another operator everything is fine.

And here I have a question what the reason is that this is happening - the phone model is samsung sm-j100h, is it not something wrong with their system (at least I think so) - thank you in advance for your help.

I suggest you go to the nearest T-mobile point and let them tell you if you can turn off the number identification in Premium Mobile.

I was in T-mobile now I am in Premium mobile but I do not think that in T-mobile they know whether it is possible to turn off the presentation of a number in Premium mobile. For now, Premium mobile has a very big minus.

Dear Sosar !!! It's not difficult to enter the operator's website - I've been there many times.

Read and understand the topic: Premium Mobile and number hiding from the Samsung SM-J100H

What you write is I use it and I have this additional service enabled but it applies to incoming calls (I have a block that calling me from a hidden number will not get a connection).

And I mean that outgoing calls from me as needed take place without presenting my number, that is, I enter the telephone settings, select hide call number and my number is not displayed.

    A little difference.

Well, both in Samsung and Huawei - you still have contact with BOA, reporting this to them also in writing, here you will not get help in the fight with the operator for the correct operation of the services.
Helpful post? Buy me a coffee.

I wrote a complaint to them yesterday after logging in to my account in Premium mobile, today also through my account I sent a question to them - I will see if they are quick to answer and whether they will answer my question and complaint tomorrow, if they do not answer and I feel something , I will call them again and see what this time they will tell for fairy tales. If nothing comes of it, it remains for me to return to the previous operator - a bit worse offer and a few zlotys more expensive - but I prefer it and have everything working as it should.

In order to be able to hide the number yourself using the sequence # 31 # (or putting a "bird" somewhere in the phone's settings), you need to enable the appropriate service - in TMobile it is called SOCLIR (self operated calling line identification restriction), for example.
Most SOCLIR operators run on a good morning, but this does not have to be the rule. If it is not enabled, then enable it with the appropriate USSD code or by contacting BOA / BOU. It is a free service and can work in two variants - the default presentation, i.e. the number shows up, and if we give # 31 # (or select options in the menu) it will hide, or vice versa the default option hide - i.e. by default the number does not show, and if we give * 31 # (or choose the option on the phone), it will show.

Hiding the number from the phone is already working (complaints-interventions in BOA were necessary). The code # 31 # also works, but it has a small drawback, so for the hiding to work, you need to enter the phone number after the code and select call. If you want to call someone whose number you have in the phone book, after selecting the code and number from the book - hiding the number does not work - so that it is a disadvantage because having a lot of numbers in the book (I have about 200) it is difficult to remember each number who belongs and when calling in a row several numbers each time you would have to enter the code + a specific number. So that I do not use the code for one-time hiding the number, I only go into the settings there, set hiding and call.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues faced by a user transitioning from T-Mobile to Premium Mobile regarding the inability to hide their phone number when making calls using a Samsung SM-J100H. The user reports that despite following the standard procedure to hide their number, including using the code #31#, the number still appears during outgoing calls. Other users suggest checking with Premium Mobile for specific settings or codes required to enable this feature, as it may differ from previous operators. Some users mention that the service must be activated through the operator, and that complaints to customer service were necessary to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the user finds that hiding the number can work through phone settings but is cumbersome when calling from contacts.
