Problem with DSL, no internet

I have not got a net for two days. The DSL LED flashes all the time on the router. I checked my friend and everything worked. I called the info-line, they said to restart the router and do some other obvious things. The technician can send in only 14 days. Interestingly, the renovation is taking place in my block. Is it possible that an electrician unplugged or cut the cable for the Internet? I saw something in the basement near the cables. The landline phone also does not work. Any ideas? On the router I have options such as: Power, DSL, Online, WLAN, Telephone and Service. Only power and wlan shine. DSL is flashing continuously, and the rest is off.

100% disconnected phone line, this is evidenced by the lack of a signal in the handset and hence the lack of access to the Internet. Report a problem to your service provider.

What is this paranoia? Such matters are usually on the second day, sometimes 48 hours, and especially that it is not a village.

To make a complaint about a telephone, these are treated more often (tested many times). My friends and I were always on the second day (including a complaint 23:50, visit 7:00).

Problem solved. Electricians confused something and did not even know it. Thanks for the help.
