Hello, I have a problem with one hard disk on my computer, this is 1T HDD from Toshiba. Bios does not detect it connected, but 2 Adata 120 GB SSDs already detect. In Windows 10, it shows like disk 1, but when I want to add it, I get the problem "The file cannot be found". The motherboard model is Gagabyte m250 pro-vdc mATX if that would be helpful. In addition, the disk was delivered to me only in bubble wrap. Thank you in advance for your help and sorry for any mistakes in the text.

Typical questions - can you hear the disk "spinning plates", is it visible in UEFI, can you read SMART, if not using CDI, then with bootable MHDD (you can then disconnect the SSD for the time of MHDD - maybe they are interfering), does it work on another SATA channel (socket)?

The PC components are placed in an anti-electrostatic film. The person packing the disk in bubble wrap probably counted on his electrostatic killing - it could be damaged.

The disc is new, as you can see (I say that since it was delivered in foil).

    But in "bubble"? P
