Hello. I would like to mount a video recorder, not to the cigarette lighter socket, but to permanently install the car's electrical system through the power adapter. I do not know where to do it to be optimal and do not interfere with other electronic / electric devices.
    I mention that I own a Fabie II estate. I'm going to buy Xiaoyi Yi Dash Camera 2.5K / 2,7 "/ 165

Thank you in advance for any help.

Zap zap where voltage is after the ignition.

But this eliminates possible recording at a stop. If the lighter has the power all the time, I would attach it to her beam. Possibly before the ignition where there is tension but not "after". And of course I would add a separate fuse to this power supply.

In Fabia there is a voltage on the lighter socket after switching off the ignition, but I do not know if I would have the courage to leave a Chinese device with a Li-Poly battery connected to the charging in the car without supervision.
