The circulating pump runs loudly (clicks) in Termet minimax plus

After switching on every boiler Termet minimax plus, I heard that the water pump is working too loudly (clicking noise). After unscrewing the housing wilo rst 15 / 6.7-1, I checked that the rotor has a slight sideways play, but greater play occurs axially. In addition, in one part of the pump casing, which I have not removed from the furnace, there is such a loose plate having a round shape. I will add that after turning the pump and turning on the pump worked quietly until the boiler reached the correct pressure. I am still thinking about descaling the exchangers, maybe it has an impact.

There should be a filter before the pump. You need to close 2 valves and clean it.

I already closed 2 valves, drained the boiler and cleaned the filter between the distributor and the pump. But it didn't help. The stove heats the central heating water, but you can still hear the clicking noise in the pump.
