Samsung Galaxy A3 SM-A300FU - Touch doesn't work in some places

I have such an unusual problem with the galaxy a3, namely the touch begins to freak me out (friend's phone)
According to a friend from the right, the touch does not regulate, e.g. if I want to change the camera on my camera, it can't be done, or if I want to type the letter "k" in the keyboard, I press "jil"
I entered * # 0 * # in the dialer and gave a screen test and in fact I don't get touch in a few places
Now I hooked it up to the charger and left it for a while, it stopped for now, everything okay
Anyone got any idea?
Could it be a fault of the software?

If you have the opportunity to check the tape from the digitizer, then I would start but from experience I know that it is usually the fault of the touch itself, i.e. replacement.
