    Hello.
Due to the fact that my old screwdriver purchased from the English Makita 18V model I do not remember, after probably 8 years of use, it started to fail and the batteries ran out, I decided to buy a new screwdriver from the store under warranty. Due to the budget of PLN 600, I bought a hitachi DS18DJL. To the point:
One day of screwing screws about 3 cm under the cable holders. Durga day - hole saw 65 under the can - 2 cm thick board Drilling moment and smoke from the engine went. The screwdriver works, but its service life has probably shortened significantly.
How do you think that they will recognize my warranty or say that I have not used it for the intended purpose? I would like to add that the old makita drilled worse things, got stuck, etc., and I did not have such a case. I have to handle this equipment like an egg and only use it for screws, my hands are down.
Anyone had a similar case ??
    Best regards.

It is a pity to spin the hole saw at high speed, I make holes at low speed so as not to blunt the hole saw, I also do not press a bit of cans or halogens in many soffits :)

Such a makita will be so hot that it is hard to stand it and it will be shooting, and today's makita and bosches are poor, I don't know.
I myself have a BHP 451 from 10 years and has a moment almost like a pillar drill and nothing happens except for expensive batteries which are worth buying ONLY in the original, because Chinese shit ... not only that it is inefficient in current and capacity does not hold.
And I also have a few Bosch PSR lion with motors and, what's worse, microprocessor control.

Then I paid PLN 500 for it from 3 batteries on the allegro. now there are a few offers on average 800 need to be given. yes they praise these lion and here how well you use ordinary nicd, i.e. unload to the end, it will serve you.
Wherever you go to work, everyone runs with nice screwdrivers, every two years different and you with one and the same. Now I know why they change so often :)
I will reactivate with one battery for my screwdriver and give it back under warranty. Thanks for the help :)
You have to get ready for work :)
    Best regards.

Yes, that's right, but because of user patter
The DS18DJL is not a 65mm hole saw
you buy cheap equipment and want to do it like an ox
use DS18DL, you will feel the difference
