The guarantee is a voluntary service - it is not regulated by statutes. The warranty conditions are listed in the warranty card - look into it and read.

It's just that they do not write anything about it on the warranty card.

The seller has a period of 14 days to respond to the warranty regarding the goods that were given. This is what the Civil Code says about it and look for answers to your question there. You can always use the help of a consumer ombudsman.

Let's start with the fact that the seller is not obliged to mediate in sending to the service nor is it responsible for the maintenance of this device by the service.
The situation seems to be strange because usually after finding a fault by the fault of the customer, the phone is sent back immediately with the annotation and the loss of the warranty.

Call or go in person, send a mail to the website and describe the situation, maybe it has already been picked up by the courier and is in transport to the PLAY store.

As I have already written the phone after the refusal of repair should very quickly return to you.
If there is a problem to check the repair status after IMEI, something does not suit me.
Go personally to the place where you gave the phone and receive it and if you do not give it, say that you will use the advice of a consumer ombudsman (often works very well on the sellers such a harbinger).

Thank you, I can not see a very different way out of this situation

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the warranty process for a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) mobile phone that was submitted for repair due to a loudspeaker issue. The user expresses concern about the lengthy repair time, which has extended to three months without clear communication from the service center. Responses highlight that warranty terms are not strictly regulated, and the seller has a 14-day period to respond to warranty claims. It is noted that typically, if a repair is denied due to customer fault, the device should be returned promptly. Suggestions include contacting the service center directly to check the status of the phone and potentially involving a consumer ombudsman if the situation does not resolve.
