    Hello,
I'm going back to my soap dish Seat Arosa 2003 1.0 MPI after driving ~ 100hp, errors appeared to me, they are probably related to the EGR valve and the immobilizer, which were changed to new, old ones could not be saved.

It has long been when the error began to show, that I confided burning PB.
The question is, How do you do it? How to adopt imboik and EGR in this unusual car.

Thank you in advance for your help :)

The first error is that the motor controller sees too low a voltage so maybe you have a weak battery.
As for the second error, if you have replaced the EGR valve and it is in good working order, you would have to do the EGR valve adaptation - usually Measuring Blocks in the engine, channel 74, switch to Basic Settings and then the adaptation will start. After its completion, go back to the measuring blocks.
Engine off, engine temperature between 10 and 50 degrees.

I don't know what you got there for the immo valve but first I hear about something like this in VAG in gasoline.

New battery, replaced 1 month ago, may remember this error since the old battery.

Earlier I had a problem with reading errors by VAG, it turned out that the problem is due to the disconnection of the immobilizer and bad cable shortening by "specialists".

I will try to do it and answer.

I did the above properly, unfortunately the problem in the next problem showed an error and restored some wrong settings.

The error says that EGR settings have not been made.
It could not be done due to damage to the valve or failure to meet conditions.
What was the temperature of the engine when you did it, was it off?
What did you do in block 60?
Try again when the engine has a temperature of about 30 degrees, you will see it in the measuring blocks.
Before you make an adaptation by switching from Measuring Blocks to Basic Settings on channel 74, delete the error and go to Adaptations and in channel 00 give Test, Save, OK.

yes between 20-60 (engine off, on ignition)

    grala1 wrote:

After error, I checked only other blocks, I did not carry out any actions on them
