An interesting tool for creating documentation for a switchboard seems to be Design Spark Electrical.

I am not aware of alternatives to this type of software (I would be happy to look at other tools, recommend something interesting).
Regarding Electrical-annoying me with the first question-how to change the page format. I assume the default is A4. It's a bit small, hence I would like to switch to A3 or A2, unfortunately I can't find the setting responsible for the page format anywhere:
