    Hello,

    This is the problem.
I purchased an SSD a week ago. It started up and walked no problem until now. Yesterday some error popped up during work (unfortunately I didn't note it). System overhang. I waited a long time but nothing happened so I did a computer reset. After the reset, it takes a long time to start the computer and since then win10 has no access to the disk.

    - BIOS can see the drive
    - Disk Management (Control Panel) can see the disk but cannot initialize.
    - The disk cannot be accessed

I am asking for a hint what could have happened. The disk is under warranty, try to fix it or send it under warranty? I don't care about disk data.
Below are some screenshots from different applications.

    What more can I do?

Check in another PC / other SATA socket / 100% working signal cable. If it is the same - for a guarantee.

Oh yeah, I forgot to write.

I checked the cable on the CD and the same. On the cable to which this disk was connected, the usual hdd is now going and it's ok.
I plugged the disk into such a portable pocket and the laptop does not see this disk.

To fly under guarantees or still try to put into another stationary?

I do not see any sense.
The store will do exactly this:

and if they are sensible traders, they will replace it with a new, working device.

As an offtop, I will only add that

SSDs are much more sensitive to cable quality than platter drives.
You can count on an improvement in the transfer on a better quality / SATA III cable.
The disk drive has such a low transfer rate that the quality of the cable does not have such a difference for it as for SSD.
    It is such a curiosity.

If you do not have data to recover there, you do not repair anything, only return it under the warranty.

Hello, I forgot to write what to do next so I'm fixing the error.
About a week after the complaint was filed, I got a new drive.

I also bought new SATA cables. It is true that I have not tried to compare transfers, but even during the installation you can see that it is much more reliable. They sit tight and rigid ...

Thanks for the info and help.
