Yes, on screenshots it is connected as a second disk on another computer.
Checking something in DriveLetterView on another computer?

Which company do you recommend to recover your data?

No, because it was probably a system disk and after such a failure you should immediately check its detection (and possible access to data?) Under some Live Linux distribution.

Currently (as the second) its capacity is still being detected :?:

In DMDE, it was selected from physical devices, browse if the first sectors are all zeros?

They will be all zeros because the controller has firmware released and returns data incorrectly - usually only zeros. The FW problem can be bypassed and recovered, but expensive equipment is needed for that.

    Thanks for the answers.
Disk given for warranty, replaced with a new one.
I have accepted the loss of data.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a Goodram IRDM 120GB SSD that is visible in BIOS but shows as SATAFIRM S11, rendering files inaccessible. Users suggest that the issue is likely due to corrupted firmware, which may lead to data loss. Recommendations include checking the disk on another computer and using tools like DriveLetterView and DMDE to assess the situation. It is noted that the disk's capacity is still detected, but the first sectors may contain zeros due to firmware issues. Ultimately, the original poster decided to replace the disk under warranty, accepting the loss of data.
