How did the device scan? to e-mail or to a folder, if you probably have dhcp set for the ip address for the folder and it has changed after restarting the computer.

If to folder then set the computer by host name. Check by the way whether your computer password-protected sharing has not returned to the standard enabled or whether the firewall and anti-virus allow the scan. C.

I had set to the (SMB) folder. It turns out that the main reason could be the win10 update and the SMB protocol stopped working. I'm trying to bet on FTP (same from folder).
