    Hello

I think this problem is trivial but I can't solve it. A technician installed a copier and everything was ok. Printed and scanned over the network without a problem. A few days ago I tried to scan and jump out: "server connection error" , Result: "deleted due to error" . The service technician who brought the copier - installed everything and it was ok, apparently I mixed up something.

How did the device scan? to e-mail or to a folder, if you probably have dhcp set for the ip address for the folder and it has changed
    after restarting the computer.

If to folder then set the computer by host name. Check by the way whether your computer password-protected sharing has not returned to the standard "enabled" or whether the firewall and anti-virus allow the scan.

I had set to the (SMB) folder. It turns out that the main reason could be the win10 update and the SMB protocol stopped working. I'm trying to bet on FTP (same from folder).

Rysieklubicz -> to the folder and worked for a month (I have had a copier for a month). I rarely scan so I'm not sure what happened, as I wrote above because a colleague had the same problem.

copyman -> I checked everything before. Once again, I'll transfer sharing.

Every Win10 update will cause something like this ... Go to the properties of the folder you are scanning, sharing and select the network and sharing center. Then expand All Networks and check if password protected sharing is "off". If it is enabled, click disable and save the changes. It helps 99.9% :)
