    Hey ;)
I have one sherman mig 130 f. As I wrote in my post, the relay was damaged and I did it for a short time, it turns on the main switch, I try to avoid accidentally touching the wire with the wire, but I could do the attachment to the exit will go on the mma because it was still going more or less is ok
A friend bought in lidlu parkside pfds 33b2 and would also like something like that, but I will not destroy the PCB with the relay etc. to be able to brush the electrode.
Another option that came to my mind is that you can attach yourself to the output with an additional cable and to weld the electrode you will need to unscrew the roll pressing the wire and hold the trigger button all the time to hit it and then you can play the electrode, but it's weak ...

Do you have any idea how to do it it is possible to make a 10mm2 or 16mm2 cable and the electrode holder without interfering with the feed roller and not holding the button on the burner ?? I will be grateful for any help ;)
I also omit the loss of the guarantee, because in lidlu is a rather heavy topic ;)
    Regards Tomasz
    ps
the secondary voltage in 3rd gear is sufficient enough to brush with the electrode

It will be just a sniffing, because the mig has a hard characteristic trafo, and the MMA soft - it goes with a slit. And the mig has a low voltage which makes the electrode difficult to maintain the arc.

I know, you adjust the gap. But try it can not be free :) on the 3rd gear 70a electrode 2.0 - approx.
Only how to get in line with goodness

    Unless...
inside the welding machine, find the thin conductors that are responsible for switching on, by pressing the button on the burner, and give them a small small 5a switch, which will be in the front of the housing only what with the feeder because when you turn this switch will feed the wire a the second switch in the housing is too much .. but it was also the option of another motor switch from the feeder.
Only if the electronic board will not suffer in such a combination>?

The feeder motor is fed from the secondary welding and it should be interrupted so that the feeder stops working.
But the question remains basic. In low-cost devices, the transformer is wound "modestly" and is not intended for continuous operation. During operation, the flashing is reliably disconnected when the button is not pressed. If you turn it on permanently for MMA, it may turn out that it will burn quickly because the idling current can be several amps and it can damage the transformer itself. And I have already met with cheap "welders" with an idling current of 5A.

on a similar sherman mig 130f device, I was able to do it without any problems, in terms of temperature I have already made a fan that turns on immediately after connecting to electricity.
    below photo transformer ;)
I will give two switches, one = the trigger button on the burner, the other switch off the wire feeder. Otherwise I do not see it somehow ...

This can be done with one double changeover switch.
