Set the port speed on your laptop to a hard 1G / Full Duplex (or 1000M / Full Duplex) and see if it helps. Check the menu of the device and set the speed on this port to hard.

    1. Turn off WIFI (don't disconnect, just turn off the network card), turn off the computer.
    2. Connect the ethernet cable, turn on the computer.
    3. Check.

Paste the command result while the computer is connected by cable:
    Code: Dos
Log in, to see the code

I'm guessing the supplier is Toya so he doesn't have access to the panel :D Toye comes only with the modem itself.

    1. According to the command, you have not turned off the WiFI card and the computer is connected with it. Perform while connected by cable.
    2. Check the IP settings of the ethernet card. Is everything downloaded automatically from DHCP?
    3. Execute the command after disconnecting and turning off the WIFI card.
    Code: Dos
Log in, to see the code

Internet protocol version 4 and after clicking properties, everything is set to automatic there. If it is not, I would ask for a possible explanation of where I have to go.
Yes, that was the place. However, as I can see, despite this configuration, the laptop does not receive an address from the router.
Does the situation remain the same even after waiting a while after plugging in the cable?

How is your access to the router's configuration panel? It is possible that the operator has limited what devices can be connected to the router, as long as he has access to the panel.

On the back of the router, you can have a sticker with the device's IP address (default). Remember to log in to the panel to be connected to wifi because from what I can see on the cable you do not get any address.

Maybe, by entering the router model in google.pl, find its deafult ip address. Enter the password default ip adress or something like that.
