HD5000 - Cyfrowy Polsat at a hotel in the Netherlands - how to set up?

Hello. I work and live in the Netherlands at the hotel. While in Poland on vacation I bought a decoder at Cyfrowy Polsat. I just wanted to have TV here in the Netherlands. The gentleman in the salon sworn that he would take it because people use it.
Well, I have a problem the HD5000 decoder. When everything is connected there is no preview signal.
The hotel has a socket with 2 outputs. Signed TV and RADIO.
I connect the antenna cable to the TV and to the decoder. The decoder is connected to the TV with an HDMI cable. I will add that today it was unpacked and connected for the first time.
I have not called the hotline anywhere yet.
Please help.

I will ask yes. Are you sure that the connection in the socket described as TV is the connection from the satellite dish and not e.g. from the cable TV?

Who guaranteed you that the antenna in the Netherlands is set to HB

Just don't say you're out of the country. You must find out if there is a satellite signal available at this hotel socket.

However, it is probably terrestrial.

If the socket is TV and Radio, it is known that there is no satellite. You have your own antenna, which they probably won't let you hang.
