    Hello.
Well, I have the following problem.
My card stopped working recently. After replacing the computer (for the worse) and the format (because it was impossible to turn the computer to the desktop otherwise), while playing League of Legends, the screen just stops. I hear the words my friend tells me through TS for a while, but the words are cut too long (as with high ping, more or less). Only restarting the computer helps.
It's worth mentioning that when playing Battlerite, this problem doesn't exist, or at least it hasn't happened to me yet.

    My equipment:
    Win7 Pro 64bit
Procek: AMD Phenom II X6 1050T
Pł. Home: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 rev 2.1.
    8GB RAM
    Graphics: ZOTAC GeForce 9800 GT
Power supply: Chieftec 500W (new, replaced a few days ago)

    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.

Enter the temperatures and measure the voltages on the power supply

Strange, because Battlerite has higher requirements.

And how to measure the voltage? I have no gauge.
What I gave from HWMonitor is anyhow authoritative?
Screenshots made just after about 5-10 minutes of playing LoL.

In Battlerite, I know that the GPU temp is 76C max. Also, as you can see, the load is higher, and there are no problems, except for rare drops in fps, but this is the fault of a weak card.

The drive is in perfect condition.

Perform a 10-minute test with OCCT with log recording (in case it went down / reset).
If the test passes without a problem, upload photos with charts =>

As I suspected, the problem was most likely with an old, long-used graphics card.
After inserting a new one, the problem is gone. At least so far, the game hasn't stuck and I haven't noticed any fps drops.
I would like to thank all the contributors for their commitment.
    I close the topic.

Topic summary

The user experienced screen freezes and audio issues while playing League of Legends after replacing their computer and formatting the system. The problem did not occur while playing Battlerite, suggesting it may be related to the graphics card. The user's setup included an AMD Phenom II X6 1050T processor, Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 motherboard, 8GB RAM, ZOTAC GeForce 9800 GT graphics card, and a new Chieftec 500W power supply. Responses from the forum suggested measuring power supply voltages and temperatures, with recommendations to use reliable testing software like OCCT. Ultimately, the user resolved the issue by replacing the old graphics card, which eliminated the freezing and audio problems.
