The situation is that I have about 31% of the frame consumption without running any program. Immediately when I turn on Google Chrome (I have Google Chrome Canary) and the onet start page (the processor jumps to 80% but then drops and stays at around 8-10%, the ram also jumps initially but then normalizes around 35%). However, when I turn on facebook and video on youtube (1080p), ram and processor increase sharply (Ram 63% and still increases and CPU usage also increases to 98-99% which turns off the loaded card. This situation occurred suddenly and did not take place earlier I will add that at Opera with such a load such strange things do not happen (with a movie, fire up face and a few other frame cards about 52% constantly and the processor 40-55% also moves on this scale. What should I do to return it to standards?

    My laptop
Dell Inspirion 7520 (today is exactly 5 years old)
    Intel Core I5 3210M CPU 2.5 GHZ
    Ram 8 GB
    Windows 10 Home 64bit

At the beginning it would be good to scan the system for malware.

Use AdwCleaner, Scan / Search and Clean / Delete option: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Include in the attachment the logs from scanning from FRST (Frst.txt and Addition.txt):
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Make a full scan with Mbam and delete what it detects:

You don't see anything interesting here.

Install the uBlock Origin Chrome add-on and see if anything changes.

Next to frst.exe, create the Fixlist.txt file with the contents:
